Workplace wellbeing that creates good beyond the workplace.
KindLabs connects organisations, EAP providers and licensed practitioners to build wellbeing programmes that are easier to understand, join and remember.
Our difference: employees do not only receive support. They are invited to take part in acts of kindness that strengthen their own sense of connection and purpose while creating practical benefits for others.
One act of care can travel further than expected.
Employees are supported and given meaningful ways to support others.
Good for people. Good for culture. Good for trust.
Traditional wellbeing programmes help employees manage stress, build resilience or access support. KindLabs adds another dimension: the wellbeing value of doing good.
When employees take part in responsible, well-designed kindness initiatives, the benefit can move outward from personal connection, to workplace culture, to the wider community.
- Employees gain meaningful opportunities to contribute, connect and participate.
- Communities gain practical support through sponsored tickets, programmes and shared resources.
- Organisations demonstrate their values through credible action, strengthening trust among employees, partners, customers and the public.
One programme. Four connected benefits.
KindLabs is designed to create value inside the organisation while allowing care to move responsibly beyond it.
Support with purpose
Employees can access clearer support while taking part in activities that encourage connection, contribution and belonging.
Care made visible
Kindness becomes part of organisational life, not only a value written in a handbook or mentioned during a campaign.
Practical benefit
Sponsored support, educational resources and community initiatives can reach people beyond the workplace.
Values demonstrated
Credible, well-documented social impact helps stakeholders see what the organisation stands for through action.

A few useful clarifications.
Is DCS itself an EAP provider?
KindLabs is primarily a platform and partnership model. Professional EAP, psychological, counselling and related services are delivered by the participating provider organisations and licensed practitioners identified within each programme.
Can an organisation include its existing EAP provider?
Yes. KindLabs can improve presentation, employee understanding, ongoing engagement and navigation around an organisation’s existing EAP rather than replacing it.
What makes the kindness element different?
Employees are invited to participate in meaningful, responsible actions that benefit others. This adds contribution, connection and purpose to the wellbeing experience while helping the organisation create visible community impact.
Does participation guarantee referrals or contracts?
No. Practitioner or provider participation does not guarantee referrals, programme selection, contracts or income. Selection depends on programme needs, professional suitability, availability and participant choice.
Build a workplace where care moves outward.
Support your people, enable meaningful acts of kindness and create a wider culture of care through a professionally grounded partnership programme.
Professional services are delivered by the provider organisations and licensed practitioners identified within each programme.
